Dear Cole,

It has been way to long since I wrote down how stinkin cute you are! Everyday you learn something new and you just get cuter. You are now a year old and I cannot believe how quickly time has flown, and I don’t think that you will quite understand what I mean until you have your own child, but you have changed so much over the past year. You started walking a week and a half before you first birthday, and now you are cruising around everywhere. It is the most amazing feeling to walk in a door and have you walk towards me with you cute little chubby arms open and a big smile on your face. It just makes my heart melt.

The more you grow the more you look like your daddies little twin. Your dad loves you so much and just can’t wait to pick you up at the end of the day when he gets home from work. I think that you are the reason he works so hard, so that he can give you the world, and I know he will if he can.

Some of your favorite words right now are Yabba, mom, dad, and yea. We think that you also say hi, yummy, and binky on occasion, but it is really hard to tell. I love to listen to you talk it is so cute and fun to listen to. Today when I put you down for your morning nap you did something you have never done, and you laughed yourself to sleep. It was so cute you would just look up at me and laugh and then close your eyes and then laugh some more.

Last week we had a party for you, and trust me you are loved many friends and family members came over to support you. We had a barbeque, presents and cake! What more can you ask forJ. You had a great time being around everybody. Now for your b-day we bought you a kitchen set, yes a kitchen set and the reason we did is because every time you go over to Bailee and McCall Miller’s home the first place you go to is to Bailee’s kitchen set and you will play with it for a long time. You love to open and close the doors, and drawers. So we decided to buy you one, and it is more like a grill so that makes your father feel better about buying a kitchen set. It was really cute and as soon as you saw it your eyes lit up and you started playing with it immediately. Later that night you got many other toys that you love, and you stayed up until 10 pm going from toy to toy. It was fun to watch.

Well you are starting to stir from your nap so I better wrap this up, but always remember how special you are, and how much Dad and I love you. You are one of Heavenly Fathers most chosen sons I can tell. I love you with all my heart.
