Glasses

Last week you and I went to visit my eye doctor, Dr. Taylor. I was just getting a check-up on my lasik procedure, while you were getting your eyes checked before kindergarten. About a year and a half ago while at preschool they did a small eye examine and the doctor at that time said we should have your eyes looked at. We did but they were not bad enough to get glasses. During our appointment we found out that you needed glasses and you are unfortunately blessed with your mothers bad eye sight. You need glasses to see things far away and you have a slight astigmatism.


You were way excited to get your glasses because to you it is another accessory that makes you Cole. :) And of course Harry Potter has glasses so you having glasses helps make you a better wizard.  While trying to pick out glasses for you were hilarious. I would give you one to try on and you would say things like . .."the color is wrong on these ones, these don't fit my face right, I don't look good in these, and these will fall off my face." The lady helping us was laughing at you and asked me if you always know what exactly what you want, which of course the answer to that is YES!!

We got your glasses today and your are as handsome as ever. You love to wear them right now and I hope that that continues. If anybody can pull off glasses it is you Cole. You makes anything look good. :)
